Lyle showed up alone to install a washer & fryer that was to go down the stairs into the basement. We were not asked any questions at the DVD store that would have aided Lyle in his preparations. He called around looking for help at a time when staff were not available. Nevertheless he persevered and got someone over to our house and got the moving completed very quickly. An unpleasant rescheduling was unnecessary due to Lyle's patience and determination. He was also a pleasant person.
