Awful Service

Had our washer looked at and was told we would be called the next morning with an estimate. Never heard from technician and when we called the store we never got a hold of anyone and our message was never returned. Decided to buy a new one here because of the great warranty, but have thus far encountered the same bad service with that one and are STILL waiting for it to be delivered!
