The sales person listened to my description of the kind of refrigerator I was looking for and showed me only the models that fit that description. They scheduled the delivery for the next day (Saturday), called that morning to tell me the range of hours of delivery, and the delivery guy called when he was about 10 minutes away. He was very considerate when taking out the old and bringing in the new refrigerator (closing the door behind him each time) and took the time to answer my questions. I'm very satisfied with my experience.
