My washing machine died on me unexpectedly last weekend. From the service guy who came to diagnose the problem to the salesman (Lee) who helped me pick out a new one in the showroom to the technician (Richard who delivered and installed it the very next day, every point of contact was excellent. All three employees were helpful, friendly, and honest with me. I love the fast delivery - and I especially love the 10-year warranty on my new one. Both Lee and Richard were also extremely helpful in steering me in the right direction on how to avoid future problems (I think I have an electrical issue in the house). They went out of their way to offer suggestions and guidance and I truly appreciate it!
