My most recent experience with Dick Van Dyke Appliance world involved my new dishwasher. The door failed to stay open at the appropriate angle. It's heavy and would just flop down. After fixing it 3 times in 4 months and each time having it break again, I was given a new dishwasher. The service was always prompt and courteous. I have done business with Dick Van Dyke on several other occasions, and my experience has always been positive. I'm happy to recommend them.
