We were looking for all new kitchen appliances - stove, range hood, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. While no small order, the salesman made efficient use of my limited time shopping by listening to my needs and only showed me a couple of each item to choose from so as to not overwhelm me. However, he did make a promise the installers were unable to deliver on regarding the refrigerator that was extremely disappointing! Delivery and installation was scheduled on a convenient day, but non-specific as to the time. The team was efficient, but left the stove not level and the back of the controls plate coming unscrewed, the range hood loose and vibrating, and they used our tools and lumber to complete the job! Within a month the dishwasher began leaking. The service tech showed up with inadequate notes, has to order a basic part and it will be another week or so before it can get fixed.
