Washer is broken, customer service manager is slow and rude
Our washer which was purchased here has needed repair 2 times this year. The first time took 3 weeks from the initial call and 4 service visits. 10 months later, the same parts failed + a couple of additional ones. So far, after 2 service calls and 8 days, it is still not fixed. Calls to customer service have resulted in misleading information and today the customer service manager hung up on me when I told her I was at her mercy. I had asked to talk to her manager, but have been given different reasons that he is not available. (So far have been told he was on vacation when 5 minutes earlier, the rep told me he was at lunch). It has become apparent while they have a warranty, they are slow to execute and could care less about their customers.
