Our overall experience was above average to excellent. We had to wait over two and a half months for the refrigerator we wanted, but we were not in a hurry. All the sales consultants were very helpful, polite and even when I would call on the phone I always received polite service!!Harold and the other gentleman were very respectful of our home and were very conscientious of doing good work. A standing ovation to all at Dick Van Dyke!!!
