We have had only good appliances and installation service for three other major appliances in the family from Dick Van Dyke in Champaign, IL over the last seven years. We decided to come back to replace our washer/dryer set which was over 30 years old (Maytag). We weren't pressured, our questions were answered or the information quickly gotten, and we chose products that meet our needs.
