Helpful salesman, rough ride
The salesman (Bob) spent a good deal of time helping us pick out the perfect refrigerator. We chose it, paid for it, and made arrangements for it to be delivered about a week and a half later. The day before it was to arrive, DVD called to say it wouldn't be delivered because that model had been discontinued. (Odd that it took over a week to discover that bit of news, right?) Bob suggested another fridge, and I liked it. It was on back order, so I waited two or three more weeks. When it came in, DVD was quick to deliver it, which I appreciated. The fridge must have had a rough journey because it arrived in worse condition than I expected. Besides a small dent that I was informed of, there are a couple of scratches/scuff marks on each door. On the bright side, the fridge is black, so the marks aren't glaringly obvious.
