The refrigerator was a tight fit; both through the door and up the stairs. The two service men tried two ways, then finally decided to take off the doors. That worked! The men were patient, respectful and good problem solvers. They cleaned up the frige and set up the shelving units for me. Also, answered my many questions. I wish all delivery folks were as thorough.
