Purchase a glass top range with/convection. Had lots of trouble with call backs. Was sent to supervisor after supervisor. My salesman semed to not have any power to make decsions. Was always told I would have to talk to someone higher. Very unsatisfactory. Always waiting for someone to call back. Would say they would call back and days would go by. I would have to contact them again. Would recomend the service techs, but not the sales company.
I purchased a glass top slide in range w/convection oven. Tried to get results because the oven does not bake evenly. Would wait for returned phone calls for days. Then would be told to call a supervisor - would wait for call backs and then be told to talk to another supervisor. I have never delt with a company with so many layers. The salesman had told me on day of purchase that they wanted a happy customer and would stand behind their products. This oven does not work and I have no recourse at this moment. Had to eventually contact the Whirpool company who told me to rotate the pans when baking!! The techs who came out after many days of waiting and serval call backs, etc. were good!!
