This was the third part of our total replacement of all of our 16 year old single pane aluminum windows. The work was done expeditiously, professionally, and cleanup was thorough, just like the first two visits! The windows are beautiful! Our neighbors, the Vu's watched the installation and decided to order replacement windows from Renaissance as well. One of our windows arrived with a broken frame, and the crew took it back, ordered parts, and repaired it before removing the old windows. We are waiting for the handles for the upper pane of our double hung windows, which the installer suggested to make it easier for us to open and close them! When looking forward to paying for these so that we can order the final phase. The windows are so beautiful that my wife decided to hang only sheers for window treatments.
