We had a completely positive experience with Rennaissance. Derrick was extremely patient with us as we took our time and researched different products, and provide very good guidance in discussing the different alternatives. Wayne was very pleasant and helpful in showing us the different products int the showroom, as well as accomodating a last minute change in our installation schedule that we requested. Phillip and Carlos completed the installation thoroughly, with no mess, and exceeded all of our expectations. We are very pleased with the whole process and would recommend Renaissance without reservation for any window ior door installation project that one might have.
