Although representative was friendly and helpful, it took a long time to get initial estimate. Rough winter here and it may have backed things up some so I wouldn't hold that against them. Once work began, the quality was outstanding and painter & plasterer were timely and thorough. Even with delayed estimate, I'd have no problem using AJR again.
