This was the first time I had used Chem-Dry on the North Shore, and it was so easy to schedule a time and day with them. The next thing I knew, they were there and ready to clean! The gentleman who came out was so fantastic, really he's outstanding. He took so much time cleaning my carpets. I had really let my carpets go and they were a mess! He did a superb job cleaning them. I was so happy and pleased with the results, I've already recommended them to a few other people. I hope everyone else has the same great experience I had with them! I will never have anyone else but Chem-Dry on the North Shore clean my carpets!
