Terrible experience! Would travel three counties away to avoid using Satori ever again. Especially Greg. He has no business in a customer service field as he has the personality of a rock!

We tried contacting this customer numerous times without a response back. We did get a hold of his wife and he still would not call us back. I don't understand what we could have done to get a review like this. When dealing with the general public, we have to expect anything. It still hurts to get personal attacks. We try our best every day to help people. Sometimes this is a thankless occupation.
