Any decent contractor can complete a job as planned. A true test of a GREAT contractor is his ability to work with a home owner through inevitable changes, and, what level of service he provides after a job is done. KCI did an A+ quality job, worked with the changes I required during the job, and has provided exceptional customer service after the job. They stand by their work and have a customer first attitude. I would absolutely use KCI again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality work at a reasonable price.
