I am overall satisfied with Dominion Service Company. One complaint I have is that when I first had my furnace and heat pump installed, the salesperson said if I have my system maintained by Dominion annually, that any repairs are covered, including labor and parts, for the length of my contract, or 10 years. This has not always been the case.
