Came to my residence for a minor repair; I decided to do an expensive repair; was quoted a price for both doors, including the initial call, of $600. Asked for my credit card number, which I gave- WHAT A MISTAKE! Never showed up at the agreed to day/time; never called. When I tried to call I always got voicemail; my calls were never returned. They charged $300 to my credit card. I will issue complaints with the Danbury Chamber of Commerce, State of CT Dept of Consumer Affairs, and my credit card company.
