You really don't want to know what I have to say!

Biggest rip off ever! Totally take advantage of your customers, exceptionally poor customer service. You took our money and came out for annual maintenance and other than replacing the filter, never did one speck of maintenance to our heater. Will warn everyone about your lack of customer service, poor ethics and just plan lousy service. Aren't you glad you asked!! And dishonest to boot!

I would like to thank you for completing our survey from the service at your home. I would also like to apologize for not doing a great job for you. Many times the only way we know we let someone down is through surveys like this. It gives us great feedback and allows for me to try to make it right.
I would like to see where we failed to serve you and learn how not to repeat the same thing again. If possible, I would like to come by myself and visit or send a supervisor, if you prefer, by to see where we need to improve.
