Our company makes circuit boards and we had a component we previously bought that failed. After working with a few companies and those not working out, we gave an order to LEDtronics and they jumped through hoops for us. They improved their committed delivery by 2 weeks. They did an excellent job of follow up and made it a good experience for us. They enabled us to make on-time deliveries to our customer.
