Called them around 11 am and they came to my house by noon. The technician was extremely courtesy, polite, knowledgeable, clean, fast and thorough. He replaced my condenser fan and run capacitor and was leaving my driveway within 45 minutes. His customer service skills were of the highest caliper, he even gave me a stack of business cards after I told him I'll pass this experience on to all my neighbors. The total cost was reasonable too! I WILL be calling Brian's Mechanical when my 14-year-old heat pump needs replacing.
