It was my first time using them, and it won't be my last! Incredible job
On the Spot Chem-Dry was courteous, they did an excellent job with an excellent product. The gentleman who came was polite and the house was kept in beautiful shape. The towel in the entry way was brought by him and I was 100 pleased by the process and the final product. It dried like he told me in two hours and my carpet has never looked so good. I can't say enough good things about him and the work done.
