What a joy to have been greeted warmly and professionally on the phone & then have such a great experience with Doug. He was on time, courteous, thoroughly explained the issue my freezer was having and promptly fixed it.
I don't think I will ever call another company again. Especially now that I know they also take care do heating and a/c issues.
Even my dog (who is quite picky) liked him. Great sniff all the way around.
