When not so little fingers snapped the handle off our microwave this summer, it was like our world stood still!! To open the door, we used pliers! I called LCR, explained the delemia to Stephanie & that very same day Doug was out here to take care of us! He ordered the new handle & within two weeks Doug installed the handle! We are happy campers now, & so glad to have found LCR.
