My front loader washing machine locked up and would not unlock. I called Service Care that morning and Craig came that afternoon.
I called Service Care in the morning to repair my washing machine. Service Care had a cancellation and were able to come that afternoon. Craig identified the problem in a timely manner and was able to fix it that afternoon. He was very efficient and I was very satisfied with the repair of my washing machine.
