Nice repairman. Only wish they had part in stock.... don't understand why it should take a week to get a part esp. when had to pay $300 for the part and labor. Asked if it could be Fed Ex'd (i would have paid more for that option) but was told no and it could be a week to 10 days before part arrived. It took a little less than a week but that's a long time to go without a washer in our family so were using the local laundry mat every day. Haven't experienced an issue with other companies where I've had to wait so long for a part so wish they'd figure out a solution to this problem.
