We had previously called the retailer from which the washer was purchased. They came out and immediately began to 'sell' us on replacing the 14-month old washer. I called the manufacturer who recommended Service Care. Craig, our technician came out and quickly diagnosed the problem as needing a few minor adjustments...no parts were required.
