24 plus hours for a diagnostic.

Kept car over 24 hours without calling me to give me a option after calling at 2:30 no warning just closed. The following day i call at 11 . 2 hours after they opened to be told if i needed the car back i should of mentioned it. The car was only brought in for a full dignostic they charged $165 for. The Secretary hung up on ne and the boss baxkes her. They dropped me off at home and when i asked for them ro come get me they said they will try later. Terrible customer service lack of communication and rudness isnt the key.

This was posted before you ever picked up your car. I never spoke with you as you stated. No one ever hung up on you. We told you we would call you as soon as we looked at your vehicle. You were also was told when you dropped your vehicle off at 230 pm that we would probably not be getting the car in to the following day. Remember you dropped your vehicle off without calling or even making an appointment when we had a full appointment schedule for days. When you came to pick up her car, we did not charge you anything. I’m sorry you where not happy, we are a very busy shop and work on appointment basis. We always try to fit walk in customers in as soon as possible but dropping the client that waited 2 days for an appointment wouldn’t sit well with you either if you were the customer being dropped.
