INCOMPLETE SERVICE

TOOK MY TRUCK IN FOR ELECTRICAL WORK, UPON GETTING MY VEHICLE BACK THEY DID NOT FIX ALL THE ISSUES SO I HAD TO TAKE IT BACK FOR THEM TO FIX AND ANOTHER BILL. TOOK IT BACK FOR A THIRD TIME BECAUSE THEY CUT A WIRE ON THE SECOND VISIT AND NEVER REHOOKED IT BACK UP. CALLED AND TALKED TO THE MANAGER THE DAY AFTER WE GOT IT BACK AND HE SAID TO BRING IT BACK IN AND WE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT FREE OF CHARGE. TOOK IT BACK FOR THE FOURTH TIME FOR THEM TO FIX IT AND WE RECEIVED ANOTHER BILL FOR THE ISSUE THEY CAUSED. THE MANAGER JUST SAT THERE AND DIDNT SAY A WORD AND THEY SAID THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO. TAKE YOUR VEHICLE IN TO GET FIXED AND END UP HAVING TO TAKE IT BACK MULTIPLE TIMES ( 4 BILLS LATER) FOR THE SAME ISSUE SOUNDS LIKE A PLACE THAT DOESNT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. JUST AN AWFUL PLACE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS PLACE.

As we discussed the previous wiring repair was for your rear taillights which included fixing both the taillight and the wiring to the taillight. On your next visit, which you stated we didn’t warranty the repairs, your complaint was for the beacon on top of the truck not working. These two circuits are in no way related and could not be warranted. I’m sorry that you’re disappointed, but to be fair we only charge you for 1 of the 3 hours it took to repair beacon. We even showed you how the wiring internally inside the beacon wrapped around the beacon motor. Again, we are sorry you were not happy but your complaint is not justified.
