The initial estimate was way off. I was not informed of overtime after 8 hours. The team did not move all my stuff. The office would not communicate with me after the move. I had to keep leaving messages and sending e-mails. I was overcharged and had to fight to get a refund. After the move I discoved that an entire box was missing but because of the terrible experience in communication with the main office and the owner I decided that it would be better to cut my loses and move on.
