I was assisted by several in-store people who were more than happy to help me find the knob-sets that I was interested in finding or at least finding something close to a match. The entire experience was extremely helpful, friendly, courteous, and definitely enjoyable. I didn't find the actual match but did find a suitable replacement knob-set that I ordered.
