Overall, the shop was pretty good. I think they did high quality work. I liked that I got my vehicle back washed, buffed, and vacuumed. It was nice that they went "above and beyond" just fixing the body stuff.

I did not like that my vehicle had a delay that I wasn't notified about. I had to call them to check on the repair, and it was then that I found out about it. The vehicle was set to be done on Saturday, which is the day I called them. They told me 2 hours before they closed "It's going to be Monday afternoon before your vehicle is ready." It's a bit difficult to be without a vehicle for over a week when you work full-time. If they had notified me before my vehicle was due to be done, I would have given them an "Excellent" rating easy.
