The waiting room is clean, & pleasant. They will show you the actual part that needs to be replaced (if possible) So you know they are being honest with you. Their prices are the going rate, cheaper if you buy at an auto store, but here you know that you have the right replacement part installed properly on your car. Sometimes they have great specials, but it can get confusing if your having several things done to your car.
Let me put it this way, I trust my wife's car to be in good running condition & safe after it has been serviced here.
