Always quality work and good advice

We bring both of our cars here for service. The staff seems to be honest and knowledgeable. Was disappointed today that my total cost was $150 more than I was originally quoted. Would have put off some of the work that was done for our next service.

Thankyou for bringing that to my attention.I have reviewed your invoice and found that you indeed were charged $134.24 over quoted price.My manager had pre written the invoice with the default prices and then i would review and change as needed.I did not do that and will adjust and refund the difference.The reason there is a default price is because every car has a different price on parts so it neede to be changed every time.We got a little hectic at the time you picked up your car and didnt realize i missed it.Thankyou for bringing this to my attention.
