I am a longtime customer of Family Auto Service (maybe 18 or 19 years now!) and have received nothing but great service from Steve R. and his employees over the years. No matter how busy they are, they have always been courteous, helpful, fair, and ready and willing to come to my aid in times of major and minor auto troubles. I have always brought my new cars to FAS for regular maintenance, rather than having to deal with the dealerships, and I would recommend FAS without reservation.
