I was skeptical about the reviews I read about this shop, but believe me, once you come here they will treat you with respect and will always be honest about the work that really needs to be done to your car. I have a 2006 bmw 325i with no warranty. when a small leak showed up from the transmission their first advice was to take it to the dealer because the part that needed fixing was under manufacturer warranty. I had taken the cars preciously to another shop and was told that the repair would cost me around $900!!! Long story short BMW covered the cost of the repair, thanks to the advice of FamilyAutoService.
