I've had a very good experience with Family Auto Service over 20 years and five cars. Some of the cars have lasted longer than Steve. He's like the Energizer Bunny, but he wears blue not pink.

Steve looks out for the customer even in a business where he has to make money. He needs to pay bills and profit, but he doesn't gouge the customer. He's like a pit bull when he sets out to find the problem. He's good.

Family Auto Service's rates are also compatible. I go to Steve because the dealers are outrageous. All and all, these prices are far more compatible.

Over 20 years, I've never been stuck on the side of the road for any reason other than a flat tire. Never, ever. And neither has my wife. Foreign or domestic, Steve's good at what he does. He does it and does it well with the same parts he would use on his own vehicles.
