I was surprised at how good they were able to make our carpets and area rugs look. They looked as if it was all brand new without the headache of removal and high costs of replacement. Very professional staff. I believe the employee's name was Heath that did our home, he was very courteous and knowledgeable about their services. I would recommend Chem Dry to friends and family and would use them again in the future.
