I have had James perform my carpet and upholstery cleaning at least 3 times now (over several years). This time I wanted to take the time to acknowledge how thorough, polite and respectful he is. We have two large dogs and a cat, so our cleaning is no easy task! But he always gets out any spots, and makes everything fresh and smell good again. Thanks, James! Leslie Carl
