Although I qualified for the preferred insurance rate, the company tried to downgrade it. Chris called me me several times with suggestions of things we might do. He pursued obtaining a letter from my doctor, maintained a dialogue with the insurance company, and succeeded in getting the preferred rate for me. I have never met him personally--plus I live across the country from him--and I was extremely impressed with his manner, as well as his extraordinary customer service. He seems to really care about his clients.
