The crew called 1hr. 30" before their arrival and arrived right on time. Herman and his crew went right to work wrapping my sofa and moved downstairs to my garage. I was surprised that they were able tomove things around and stand up the sofa so I could get my car back into garage - much appreciated during this stormy weather. Great experience and would use again when needed.
