Big Al's did a fantastic job moving my 7' Yamaha grand piano. With Herman's leadership, Luka and Steve were all superb. They were efficient, extremely careful with all of the surrounding patios, doors, steps, furniture and flooring, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Herman gave us advise of how to better care for our piano, and obviously knows a tremendous amount about pianos. All three were also very personable and friendly and took a lot of care during the move. It was a great experience for us.
