From communication with front office staff to the moving crew on both days to Big Al himself, our move was handled attentively, professionally and humorously. Despite our mountains of stuff, the BASM crew had an excellent attitude, was respectful of our stuff, and got the job done in a day and a half, which i didn't think was possible!
