We have used Big Al's to move 3 times and have had them move a piano twice and from the initial phone call to the end of the move our experience with them has been great every time. Their staff and the owner himself "Big Al" are coureous, respectful and hard working....what customer service is all about! would recommend them to anyone...oh, and their prices are very resonable.
