We heard of Big Al through others who have used their service. We prefer the "local feel" as opposed to the nationwide brands. The recommendation was good so we used their service for a local move. They did a good job handling all of our needs as ours was somewhat of a complicated move (items going in three different directions). I will recommend to a friend.
