The gentlemen were very professional -and, more importantly for us, were very friendly.

They called to alert us that there were on their way (a reminder call the day before, also).
The moving of the piano to a friends home while we are remodeling was done with dispatch.
Moving the piano up a flight of stairs was without hassle and done safely.
This is our second time using this service.
