The carpet cleaner neglected to reconnect my front hose system before he left the property. So I got a very wet "awakening" when I turned on my hose to water the plants in my front yard on Sunday morning. I also think that the additional $110 fee for treating urine stains was incredibly exorbitant, given that all was done was a very quick and cursory spray of some fragrance over my carpet. I think that there should have been more concentrated and targeted issue treatment for such an exorbitant fee. The operator seemed more concerned with enhancing the dollar amount of the fee.
