When I called for service they were very polite and was able to schedule an appointment with in a few days, I had asked that they send two service people to do the job because I was unable to movie my furniture around. When they arrived they ask me what carpet I wanted cleaned and then came in and moved all of my furniture, pre-treated six rooms and a hallway of carpet and then steam cleaned all the carpet. I could not be happier with the service I receiver, they were two well-dressed clean and polite servicemen, I was notified of their arrival time and they were here on time and ready to work.
